An innovative company with proven experience in creating exciting new products that redefine what is possible in the food and beverage manufacturing industry.

Position Opportunity

The Recruiter focus on hourly recruiting activities including job postings, candidate screening and interviewing, background/ drug screening, job offers, new hire paperwork, and ensuring that they have a positive 90-day introductory period.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Recruiting Manager on recruiting improvement processes and best practices
• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels
• Facilitate and assist potential candidates through the application and interview process
• Facilitate the onboarding process of new team members
• Conduct regular check-ins with new hires through their 90-day introductory period

Other Human Resources Responsibilities

• Maintain tracking and dashboard for reporting on regular basis
• Manage sensitive information with utmost discretion
• Compete all required Company Training
• Comply with all safety and human resources policies, practices and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education/Training/Certifications: High school degree required.

Related Experience: 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing recruiting or related experience.

Knowledge/Skills Experience:

• Knowledge of human resources best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other human resources technologies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates, internal and external partners.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Familiarity with food manufacturing or related industries a plus.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred

Travel Requirements: Travel within company locations, less than 5% travel for job fairs, company engagement events.
