The Alamo is looking for a Program and Contracts Manager.

Responsibilities
Facilitate effective communication between the General Counsel and Alamo Plan project management, as well as ATI Operations.
Under the direction of the General Counsel, perform complex and advanced administrative support involving contract execution.
File, maintain detailed, comprehensive and up-to-date records of all contracts and contracts-related documents and correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate all contracts meetings.
Create and review standard contract templates, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Thoroughly examine contracts for potential risks and compliance issues.
Oversee the implementation of contracts, monitoring performance against agreed upon terms, and addressing any discrepancies.
Maintain records and filing systems accurately, including the Contracts Tracker and Contracts Matrix.
Trak program expenditures to ensure budget alignment.
Utilizing contract management software to track contracts throughout their lifecycle, including renewals and termination dates.
Communicate contract details and updates to relevant stakeholders including internal departments and external parties.
Cross-functional collaboration to ensure working across different departments.
