Temporary HR Clerk position available at a Mail Sorting Facility in Aurora, Colorado.
- Collaborate with shift managers to ensure payroll hours are accurately updated.
- Communicate employee status changes with the corporate office.
- Support the daily administrative functions of the Human Resources department.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including new employee orientations and onboarding processes.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication through phone, email, and mail.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements
- Monitor employee clock-ins to ensure accuracy.
- Generate daily reports for managers.
- Proficient in online data entry and Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong skills in Excel required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- HR experience is a plus.
- Paylocity experience is a plus.
- Monday-Friday, 8AM--5PM, some weekend work may be required.
