We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Alander Construction, LLC. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for supporting the overall management and coordination of projects, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely and on-budget delivery of the project scope.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of design and construction, including reviewing and analyzing plans, specifications, and contract documents.
- Creating and maintaining project schedules and presentations, as well as monitoring design and construction progress.
- Drafting and distributing project meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations, and monitoring and updating Pre-Construction Internal Coordination checklists.
- Coordinating purchase orders, subcontracts, and owner-executed agreements, and creating job start sheets and job contact directories.
