Responsibilities

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Oversee night audit processes and ensure accurate reporting of daily revenues.
- Implement revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy rates and profitability.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor phone systems and ensure efficient handling of incoming calls.
- Foster a welcoming environment for guests by promoting positive guest relations.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role within the industry.
- Strong background in front desk operations and guest services is essential.
- Knowledge of revenue management principles is preferred.
