Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet patients and visitors, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
- Offer patients beverages upon checking in
- Answering phones and electronic communication, confidently directing calls or addressing patient needs.
- Assist patients with check-in, insurance information, and necessary documentation.
- Provide intake and new patient forms along with office policies and required documents.
- Process patient payments during procedures or visits.
- Schedule appointments based on physician and nurse practitioner availability.
- Keep the reception area clean and stocked with beverages.
- Assist with patient care during procedures.
- Cleaning the clinic
- Maintain and stock patient waiting areas.
- This role may involve taking on additional responsibilities beyond the standard job description to support team goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 years of customer service experience is a bonus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
