Summary
Coordination of ACI Small Tools, Consumables, and Project Closeout.
- Receives orders for consumables, tools and equipment from projects.
- Transfers small tools to and from projects.
- Processes consumable charges to job cost.
- Assigns part numbers for new tool or consumable inventory items.
- Responsible for electronic filing of tool and consumable items in item balance masters.
- Enters inventory adjustments as needed.
- Assists with routine inventory cycle counts.
- Distributes small tool lists to projects on weekly basis.
- Checks and verifies assign transfers – project numbers and coding.
- Responsible for timely project close outs.
- Maintains project files.
- Coordinates and ensures UPS mailings and logs.
- Accountable for safety compliance.
Management Responsibilities

- Supports and adheres to the matrix organization format.
- Models and reinforces safety as a top priority of the organization. Always wears a hard hat and other appropriate personal protective equipment in the field.

Education and Experience
High school diploma AND three years construction experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Applies concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical solutions.
- Defines problems, collects data, establish facts and draws valid conclusions.
