The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Client Engagement to lead large complex global client accounts, maximizing impact and achieving outstanding results. In this role, you’ll serve as the trusted advisor to senior client executives, lead change management initiatives, and design solutions that create value. As a senior leader, you’ll champion collaboration, drive results and uphold our commitment to excellence throughout every engagement.
What You'll Do
- Drive Client Results: Act as the primary point of contact for senior client executives, building trusted partnerships and ensuring projects align with strategic goals for impactful outcomes.
- Deliver Excellence at Speed: Manage end-to-end delivery of client engagements, meeting timelines, budgets, and performance goals with precision and agility.
- Ensure Dynamic Solution Design: Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized solutions that address client needs and align with RAIN Group’s value proposition.
- Proactively Manage Risks: Identify risks early and lead both internal and client-facing processes to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Champion Openness: Communicate clearly and consistently with clients and internal stakeholders, fostering transparency, trust, and collaboration.
What You'll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10-15 years of professional experience in client management, consulting, sales or a related field.
- Client-Centric Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing and expanding senior client relationships with a focus on measurable results and long-term success.
- Project Leadership Mastery: Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead complex, high-impact engagements across diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to present ideas and solutions persuasively and lead impactful client workshops and presentations, virtually and in person.
- Collaborative Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams, ensuring alignment and shared success.
- Problem-Solving Prowess: Adept at resolving challenges with speed, clarity, and confidence in dynamic and complex environments.
- Proficiency with Technology: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and a readiness to adopt and master new technologies.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
