Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Reports to: Executive Director of Corporate Operations & Development
Position Type: Non-Exempt, Full Time, Hourly
Estimated hours per week: 35-40 hrs
Base Compensation Range: $17-$23/hr based on experience and qualifications
This is a remote role. While candidates from any location are welcome to apply, preference will be given to applicants residing in or near the Wilmington, NC area to better align with the needs of our team and clients.
Brief Summary of Work for this Position
This entry-level, full-time role supports operations and communications functions across multiple departments. The Operations Coordinator will work under the supervision of executive leadership in both Network Operations and Corporate Operations and Development. Responsibilities will include support of the day-to-day business and network operations, internal and external communications, and support administrative projects. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to gain hands-on experience in corporate operations, communications, population health management, and integrated healthcare.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operations Support:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of internal operations, including support of project development, tracking, and data collection.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners, supporting and managing relationships, coordinate vendor deliverables, and oversee meeting logistics.
- Support the management and analysis of network performance, assisting with data reporting and material proofing.
Communications Support:
- Collaborate across all departments to assist in internal and external communications and marketing efforts, including content creation, proofreading, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate and assist in event planning and logistics, internal communications, and organization of schedules.
- Maintain and assist with email, calendar management, and communication efforts with key stakeholders, clients, and leadership teams.
Administrative Functions:
- Provide administrative support to several members of the executive team, including scheduling, meeting management, material review and proofing, as well as project coordination.
- Assist with operational documentation, ensuring that all materials are accurate and up-to-date.
- Support human resources functions such as documentation, file structures, audit preparation, and compliance monitoring.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, and/or other related technical bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution and a minimum of one-year progressive experience in supporting office administration activities.
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Ability to comprehend and navigate through intermediate business, clinical, and technical language, and subjects.
- Ability to use critical thinking to prioritize assignments and resolve open issues.
- Strong focus and ability to work autonomously, balance multiple priorities, and reasonably anticipate needs from tasks at hand and fellow team members.
- Flexibility and ability to travel locally, work remotely, coordinate effectively both in person and virtually, and communicate any logistical information to key stakeholders.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Passion for improving patient care and population health.
Technology Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate-to-extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Apps, SharePoint, word processing software, spreadsheet software, visualization and editing software, and basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and project management templates and tools.

Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, technology, and/or other related technical bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution and two years progressive experience in supporting office administration activities.
Experience:
- Two years applicable progressive experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent and complex projects.
- Direct management or operational oversight of healthcare industry or clinical and/or business operations setting.
- Certification or specialization in research, improvement, or project management.
Other Potential Areas of Consideration:
