Accounting Specialist

Here's what you'd do:

• Data entry for invoices purchased.
• Prepare weekly packets for invoices purchased, accounts receivable activity, and reserve analysis.
• Track and analyze weekly invoice information, looking for inconsistencies that might indicate potential risk.
• Prepare and distribute reports to senior management as necessary.
• Partner with customers and other team members to achieve customer satisfaction while maintaining advance's goals and mission.
• Timely transmission of accounting and payments reports such as wires, ACH, A/R aging, and multiple subsidiary financial reports.
• Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Accuracy and timeliness of data entry, wire, ACH transfers, and reports for weekly packets.
• Feedback to management regarding analysis of client business activity reflects a solid understanding of sound business principles.
• Customer satisfaction.
• All duties are implemented to support company policies and procedures and enhance teamwork.
• Timely and accurately completing tasks is maintained in an organized, effective, and positive manner.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $26/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Length: Temp (12 Months).

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounting, reconciling, Microsoft Office, and Excel.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Accounting Customer Service Representative.
• Applied critical thinking skills.
