Description
Acara Solutions is seeking an Email Marketing Operations Specialist for our client in the cloud-based software space.
Part-Time : Approximately 20 hours per week; flexible hours, but availability required during standard Monday-Friday EST business hours.
Pay Rate : Flexible and dependent on expertise in Braze.
Contract : Through November 2025, with the possibility for extension.
Location : 100% Remote; candidates in the EST time zone are highly preferred.
As a Marketing Operations Specialist , you will play a vital role in our clients marketing strategy by enabling seamless customer journey campaigns through our journey orchestration tool, Braze. You'll work closely with Marketing stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver effective multi-channel campaigns that enhance customer experiences and engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with Marketing stakeholders to operationalize our clients journey orchestration tool (Braze) for multi-channel campaigns, including Email, In-Product Messaging, SMS, and more.
- Support the Campaign Operations team in building and managing complex campaigns within Braze.
- Act as a technical resource for email development, ensuring high-quality and responsive designs.
- Explore opportunities to leverage additional tools, such as Pendo and Marketo, to enhance campaign execution.
- Collaborate across teams to drive process improvements that enhance speed and efficiency.
- Communicate progress and updates effectively to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
