Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant:
· Manage emails and schedules for the leadership team
· Manage Travel arrangements
· Document preparation and review
· Assist leadership team with research
Marketing:
· Manage advertising plan
· Plan Corporate Events, i.e. Christmas party and Company picnic
· Manage Social Media and Website
· Manage company clothing and signs
· State of Company Address (SOCA) presentation management
· Manage internal company recognition awards
Front Desk:
· Manage phone systems, incoming calls and routing to correct person, labeling
· Greet incoming customers and assist as needed
· Retrieve and distribute mail
· Outgoing mail drop off
· Field paper basket distribution
· Coordinate incoming/outgoing deliveries, Fed-EX, UPS, etc.
· Create door signs for holidays, closures, etc.
· Maintain Front Area
· Maintain clean kitchenette area
· Office Supply Management
· Assist with new employee office set-up
· Carry-in organization, set-up & clean-up
· Memorials, flowers, cards, etc. as required
· Assist office personnel as required
Assist Accounting Department/HR
· Filing of payables
· Weekly check runs
· Mailings/Statements for AR
· Accounting labels
Assist Safety Department
· Tool box talks for new hires/terminations
· Training tracking – assist with printing updated training cards
· Update Tool box talks
Qualifications
· Proven experience in fast paced work environment.
· Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· High level of attention to detail.
· Outstanding communication.
· A track record of meeting or exceeding deadlines.
