Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalize contracts for gas, power, and emissions transactions.
- Ensure timely execution of confirmations and resolve discrepancies to reduce risk.
- Manage amendments, updates, and counterparty negotiations with a proactive approach.
- Collaborate closely with traders, legal, credit, mid-office, and risk teams.
- Utilize industry agreements, including ISDA, for both physical and financial trades.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth transaction flow.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in trade confirmations or operations (commodities/energy preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and comfort with contract terms.
- A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and values ownership.
- High preference for candidates with experience in Gas/Power products
