We are looking for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work with consultants and marketing team members to coordinate meetings, manage follow-up activities, complete administrative activities and work on special projects. Successful candidates will have excellent communication, writing and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Working in-person at the Chicago office 5 days per week
- Work closely with Alexander Group senior consulting personnel to coordinate and schedule in-person and phone meetings with existing clients
- Manage follow-up activities, such as sending appropriate materials and scheduling additional meetings
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal personnel and external clients (email, phone and internal messaging systems)
- Provide marketing support including the distribution of marketing materials, confirming event registrations and event coordination
- Support senior consulting personnel in maintaining relationships with high-value contacts by tracking engagement gaps and recommending re-engagement opportunities
- Communicate effectively with other team members on how to work within the accounts
- Update contacts and opportunities in the CRM system
- Ensure all assigned tasks are properly tracked and completed on time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-5 years of recent relevant experience
- Experience working with Salesforce.com is required
- Experience in a Consulting or B2B environment preferred
- Strong organizational experience
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills, and commitment to team goals
- A passion for high-quality work
- High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity
- Excellent time management skills within a fast-paced environment, including persistent follow-up required
- Strong Outlook skills, including managing multiple calendars for scheduling appointments
- Strong Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
Salary range: $60,000-$65,000. Bonus Eligible
