- Project Estimation, Construction Estimating, and Budgeting skills
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and vendors
- Experience in cost management and budget analysis
- Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and components
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Relevant certifications in project management or estimation are a plus
