Recruiting Assistant

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for accuracy and organization? We’re seeking a motivated Recruiting Assistant to join our team. The Recruiting Assistant supports the recruiting department through assigned administrative tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete initial review of resumes, identifying qualified and unqualified candidates.

Send training to Field Representatives and track completion.

Update candidate records and job postings in the applicant tracking system and on job boards.

Monitor and manage various email inboxes.

Assist in onboarding new Field Representatives.

Assist in sourcing for qualified candidates as needed.

Process Field Representative change requests and terminations.
-
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:

High level of proficiency in data entry with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Pleasant, courteous phone voice and mannerisms

Proficient with Microsoft Office (primarily Word and Excel) and Google Suite

Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Analytical ability and attention-to-detail

Sitting at a desk, working on a computer up to 8 hours a day
