The Alexander Technology Group is looking for an M365 Business Manager for a client in the New Hampshire area.
This would be 50% hands-on, 50% management
This can be remote

This role focuses on deploying, maintaining, and supporting M365 and Power Platform tools, including updates, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deployment & Maintenance: Oversee M365 and Power Platform tool operations, including updates and troubleshooting.
- Development & Support: Build custom apps, support citizen development, and automate processes with Power Automate.
- Training & Adoption: Promote M365/Power Platform use with training, documentation, and user support.
- Collaboration: Work with departments to implement solutions and provide best practices.
- Power Platform CoE: Manage governance, usage tracking, and reporting.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure secure, compliant use of M365 and Power Platform solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of IT experience.
- Expertise in M365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) and PowerShell scripting.
- Knowledge of software architecture, databases, and development best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with security/compliance practices and adapting to new tech.
