3, DURATION:

3 days minimum per week for 3 months(flexiable)


4, QUALIFICATIONS:

★Immediate start: Immediate Start Required: This internship position is available for immediate commencement. Please do not apply if you are seeking a future internship opportunity for over 2 weeks.

★New York Residency: Must be a New York resident, prepared for on-site work

★Educational Background: A completed Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is essential.

★Professional Experience: Minimum one year of related internship or work experience, with engagements lasting at least three months each.

★Commitment: Availability for at least three days per week over a minimum five-month period is mandatory.

★Unpaid Position Understanding: This role is unpaid, but a win-win educational program.

★Criticism Resilience: Must possess the strength to stay positive amidst continuous and intense feedback.

★Interview Commitment: Only apply if you are genuinely interested and can commit to attending an interview punctually.

★Revolutionary Drive: We value a strong desire to partake in and contribute to revolutionary movements within the fashion industry.

★Performance Excellence: Be prepared for dismissal from the program if performance standards/ the educational purpose are not met.

6, JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1, Fashion/Technical Design Intern

  • Assist the design team in collaborating on various design tasks.
  • Organize ideas and collaborate with designers on new collections.
  • Provide insight into pattern design.
  • Assisted in creating technical packages with production details and specifications based on the design style and direction.
  • Track pending fitting samples with the pattern maker to meet the required dates.
  • Prepare the Design Department for production and fitting, organizing samples with technical packets, early fitting instructions, and prototypes as needed.
  • Communicate fitting comments through detailed sketches, modified specifications, and design post-fitting fit adjustments.
  • Assist the pattern maker in producing and releasing samples and maintaining work schedules.
  • Assist in managing the inventory of raw materials, trims, and components, ensuring accurate stock levels and reordering as needed.
  • Support the production team in coordinating material sourcing, including fabric and trim approvals, sample tracking, and supplier communications.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to track and manage shipments, customs clearance, and delivery of materials and finished products.
  • Assist in maintaining production-related documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and production reports.


2, Marketing/PR Intern 

Marketing Intern 

  • Maintain a tracking system for product samples, including shipping, receiving, and preparing for photo shoots and events
  • Assist with daily tasks such as managing deliveries, preparing for events, and assisting the Marketing team as needed
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of branded photo shoots and events
  • Assist with special projects for the creative services, social media, and e-commerce teams as needed

PR Intern 

  • Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, including editors, stylists, and fashion journalists.
  • Conduct research to identify relevant media outlets and influencers for potential collaborations.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
  • Monitor and audit media coverage
  • Collaborate with the marketing team as necessary


3, Social Media Intern 

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for regular posting across multiple social media platforms.
  • Create engaging and relevant content, including text, images, and videos, to boost brand presence and audience interaction.
  • Analyze user engagement data to refine posting strategies and improve content performance.
  • Respond to comments and messages on social media channels to foster a positive community and customer service experience.
  • Assist in the coordination of digital campaigns with broader marketing initiatives to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools to enhance the effectiveness of social media efforts.


4, Graphic/Photo/Film Intern

  • Assist in creating visually compelling graphics for various marketing materials, including digital assets, social media content, print collateral, and packaging.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine design concepts that align with the brand's aesthetic and target audience.
  • Help with photo editing, retouching, and composition to enhance product imagery and campaign visuals.
  • Contribute to the development of branded assets, such as logos, typography, color palettes, and visual guidelines.
  • Assist in capturing high-quality product images for e-commerce, marketing materials, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure accurate representation of colors, textures, and details in product photography.
  • Help with styling and arranging products for photoshoots, ensuring that they are presented in an appealing and consistent manner.
  • Ensure that product images are properly labeled, organized, and archived for easy access.


5, E-Commerce Intern 

  • Assist in managing the fashion label's e-commerce platform, ensuring that product listings, pricing, and promotions are accurate and up to date.
  • Help optimize the website's user experience (UX) and user interface (UI), collaborating with the web development team to implement improvements.
  • Support the creation of product pages, including uploading product images, writing compelling product descriptions, and maintaining consistent categorization.
  • Conduct regular website audits to ensure functionality, identify and resolve issues, and improve overall performance.
  • Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing social media content for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, themes, and campaigns that align with the brand's identity and target audience.
  • Help curate and source high-quality visuals, such as photos, videos, and graphics, that showcase our products and tell our brand story.
  • Support the design team in optimizing visual assets for social media, ensuring they are on-brand and appropriately sized for different platforms.


6, Management Intern 

  • Provide general administrative support to the label, including scheduling meetings, onboarding new interns, and maintaining databases.
  • Assist in hiring and Human Resources management
  • Handle sample management and coordination for marketing and sales activities.
  • Support various ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
