About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our healthcare platform, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that meet the needs of our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

User Research & Analysis:

• Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Analyze user data and translate findings into actionable design decisions.
• Develop user personas and journey maps to understand user needs and behaviors.

Wireframing & Prototyping:

• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Conduct usability testing on prototypes and iterate based on feedback.

Visual Design:

• Design user interfaces with a focus on usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
• Create UI elements such as buttons, icons, and typography.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system and style guide.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale to the team.
• Present design work to stakeholders and gather feedback.

Stay Updated:

• Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.
• Continuously learn and improve your design skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• UI: 1 year (Preferred)
• UX: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Charleston, SC 29403: Relocate before starting work (Required)
