Summary
As a Front Desk / Clinical Assistant at Align Chiropractic & Rehabilitation, you will be the first point of contact for our patients - from their initial check-in to presenting care plans and financials. This hybrid position blends administrative, clinical, and financial responsibilities to ensure our clinic runs efficiently and our patients receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Front Desk & Administrative
✅ Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out process, and schedule appointments
✅ Handle phone calls, answer patient inquiries, and coordinate patient flow
✅ Verify insurance benefits and process payments (copays, coinsurance)
✅ Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy in data entry
✅ Monitor and order clinic supplies as needed
Clinical Assistance
✅ Assist with operating various clinical modalities including: Zerona, Flowpresso, low-level lasers, decompression tables, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy
✅ Take patient vitals and assist in taking patient X-rays
✅ Support the rehab and care teams with patient care tasks
✅ Ensure treatment areas are clean, organized, and ready for patients
✅ Provide patient education and ensure compliance with at-home care plans
Care Plans and Presentations
✅ Guide patients through care plan recommendations based on their health goals
✅ Present treatment plans and financial options in a clear, confident, and supportive manner
✅ Ensure patients understand their insurance benefits, payment options, and financing availability
✅ Collect patient payments and set up financial arrangements as needed
✅ Follow up with patients regarding treatment commitments and scheduling
