Responsibilities:
- Assist chiropractor with patient care and treatment
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm appointments using the office's scheduling system
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Assist with patient assessments, including taking vital signs and recording medical history
- Provide support during chiropractic procedures, following the chiropractor's instructions
- Educate patients on proper exercises and stretches to complement their treatment plan
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns in a professional manner
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and compassionate demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic health records systems
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from the chiropractor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
