Project Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator is responsible for communicating with customers, understanding customer needs and ensuring a smooth sales process as well as contributing to developing new leads. The Project Coordinator works closely with the outside sales representative as well as the project manager to maintain a smooth job execution process.

OBJECTIVES
- Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM
- Maintain professional relationships with customers, subcontractors and worksite team members
- Submit daily “Wins”, report tasks, activities
- Work with the Project Manger to coordinate subcontractors and materials to be onsite in alignment with the established Google/ServiceTitan calendar
- COI, W9, subcontractor agreement execution and management
- Job completion email follow-up execution
- Calculate and send invoicing tasks to the accounting team
- Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on sales lead
- Promptly answer customers questions to push proposals to closed contracts
- Remain up to date with knowledge of product and service offerings
- Attendance of trade shows and sales events if needed
- Meet daily KPIs and quarterly sales targets
- Master company knowledge, products, services delivery model
- Evaluate customers’ needs, make recommendations with the highest level of integrity
- Complete Cardone Training daily and attend weekly sales meetings in office
- Maintain contact with customers throughout the sales process to ensure the delivery of information and any additional authorizations
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety manuals, procedure manuals, Blueprints, Product Data Sheets

- Ability to maintain positive attitude while working in a fast paced environment
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; with equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with Google (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands/fingers, reach, talk, hear, climb, stoop, kneel or crouch.
- Position may require travel to and from field sites to complete site visits prior to job execution
