Project Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Coordinator is responsible for communicating with customers, understanding customer needs and ensuring a smooth sales process as well as contributing to developing new leads. The Project Coordinator works closely with the outside sales representative as well as the project manager to maintain a smooth job execution process.

OBJECTIVES

  • Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers, subcontractors and worksite team members
  • Submit daily “Wins”, report tasks, activities
  • Work with the Project Manger to coordinate subcontractors and materials to be onsite in alignment with the established Google/ServiceTitan calendar
  • COI, W9, subcontractor agreement execution and management
  • Job completion email follow-up execution
  • Calculate and send invoicing tasks to the accounting team
  • Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on sales lead
  • Promptly answer customers questions to push proposals to closed contracts
  • Remain up to date with knowledge of product and service offerings
  • Attendance of trade shows and sales events if needed
  • Meet daily KPIs and quarterly sales targets
  • Master company knowledge, products, services delivery model
  • Evaluate customers’ needs, make recommendations with the highest level of integrity
  • Complete Cardone Training daily and attend weekly sales meetings in office
  • Maintain contact with customers throughout the sales process to ensure the delivery of information and any additional authorizations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety manuals, procedure manuals, Blueprints, Product Data Sheets
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Ability to maintain positive attitude while working in a fast paced environment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; with equivalent experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience with Google (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands/fingers, reach, talk, hear, climb, stoop, kneel or crouch.
  • Position may require travel to and from field sites to complete site visits prior to job execution

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
