Covina Volkswagen is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk with Automotive experience.
Job Duties:
- Respond to vendors invoices and reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Assist with month-end closing, process checks, providing additional administrative support as needed.
- Inventory of New Vehicles
- Receipt Service and Parts daily
- Clean Schedules accordingly
- Send out Monthly statements
Qualifications:
- CDK experience preferred
- This position requires someone who is highly organized, professional and dependable
- Ability to manage time
- Self sufficient
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
