What are the responsibilities and job description for the AP Clerk position at Ledgent Finance & Accounting?
Title: AP Clerk
Part time - T W TH (flexible on days)
Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
100% onsite - City of Industry
Hourly - up to $28/29 /HR DOE
* Manage AP invoice inbox, processing and reviewing all invoices with attention to detail
* Process 50-80 invoices per day utilizing a 3-way match, and obtain approvals for non-inventory invoices.
* Validate and process expense reimbursements
* Ability to perform in weekly check runs (up to 10 checks per week)
* Prepare and upload AP payments via ACH to bank portal and prepare for wire transactions
* Communicate on AP related inquires and perform research when in dispute
* Software: Sage Intacct (Mas90), Excel - REQUIRED
