Currently seeking: Part-time or Full-time detail oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our fast-paced Law Office. Candidate should be a self-starter with a high degree of financial acumen, capable of managing all aspects of bookkeeping. This role does require a QuickBooks Online Certification. Responsibilities include but not limited to managing all aspects of bookkeeping, Trust accounting, accounts payable and receivable and ensuring accurate financial records. Also, perform payroll and monthly bank reconciliations. Utilizing QuickBooks software for journal entries and general ledger accounting, preparing financial reports and assisting with tax preparation. A minimum of 2 years experience in bookkeeping is required. Salary and bonuses compensate with experience.
