Position: Receptionist | Vogue Recovery Center- Phoenix. Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm; potential for flex schedule at supervisors' discretion!
The Receptionist is often the first contact for patients entering treatment at our facility and liaison between families, referral sources, friends, and community resources during the patient’s treatment stay.
Job Duties: The Receptionist
Will answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
Demonstrate Customer Service Skills
The Receptionist will maintain the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
The Receptionist will maintain the visitor log and COVID screening log
Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
The Receptionist will take inventory of supplies and restock as needed, and complete the daily delivery log
Scan documents into the EHR (Electronic Health Record)
The Receptionist will make calls to Insurance Companies to utilize benefits for the client's treatment
Assist and support all potential and scheduled clients with check in process, coordination of intake paperwork, and other intake related tasks.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills: A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets; ability to navigate Electronic Health Records and patient charts
Able to type 35 wpm minimum
Strong phone skills
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
Ability to maintain calm in fast-paced and intense situations
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
Excellent interpersonal skills
Punctual with strong attendance history
HIPAA trained
Salary : $16 - $18
