About Us: Founded in 2010, All About Therapy specializes in occupational and speech therapy services for children from birth through age 17 with a wide range of diagnoses and abilities. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Specialist to oversee the therapist related human resources functions within our practice. This role will be responsible for recruiting top talent, onboarding new employees, managing therapist insurance credentialing and handling other key HR duties to support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Hiring: Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various positions within the practice, working to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company, including documentation, training, and compliance requirements.
- Therapist Insurance Credentialing: Oversee and manage the credentialing process for new and existing therapists with insurance providers, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely renewals.
- Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure company policies comply with state and federal employment laws, maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
- Benefits Administration: Assist with employee benefits enrollment, answer benefits-related questions, and coordinate with third-party providers.
- Performance Management: Support managers in employee evaluations, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.
- Payroll Support: Collaborate with payroll personnel to ensure accurate employee data, timekeeping, and compensation.
- HR Reporting: Maintain HR metrics and provide insights to leadership for workforce planning and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in HR, preferably within a healthcare or therapy-related setting.
- Experience with insurance credentialing for therapists is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and web applications
