What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist, Administrative/Clerical position at All Ages Home Care Services?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task effectively. This position will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and caregivers, offering exceptional customer service while performing general clerical tasks, managing data entry, filling, and handling scheduling responsibilities. Experience with Excel & data entry is required. Medical office experience and verifying insurance is a plus. If interested, please submit a resume.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answer all incoming phone calls and emails
· Handle filling and data entry
· Verifying client information and insurance details
· Schedule all new caregivers for orientation
· Scheduling hands-on for caregivers
· Input monthly schedules for all clients and corresponding caregivers
· Make necessary changes/adjustments to client schedules.
· Scheduling drug screens for all new caregivers
· Emailing CPR & First Aid info to caregivers
· Complete New Caregiver Charts
· Run Background Checks on all caregivers
· Run Child & Adult Maltreatments on all caregivers
· Receive and process all new client referrals
· Maintaining compliance on all caregiver charts and monitoring caregiver annual training

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
