All Lines Technology is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Client Hardware Technician to assist with the rollout of new client devices within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Download and Deployment: Download the corporate image to new laptops and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the process.
- Testing: Conduct testing of the image on lab devices to ensure proper functionality.
- Documentation: Track and document testing results, providing detailed reports.
- Recommendations: Make recommendations for changes to the download processes and image based on testing results.
- Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting issues during field device deployments.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in deploying, testing, troubleshooting, and managing corporate client images in a large enterprise environment.
- Proficiency with MS Windows and experience working with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
