We are a prominent pest elimination company seeking an Customer Service Representative with experience working in an office setting. Your duties will include, but won’t be limited to inbound and outbound phone calls, scheduling appointments, data entry, filing, etc. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing company with the potential to make excellent money.
You will be working from our Medford office, full time, Tuesday-Saturday.
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, self-driven, and has a desire to succeed.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Experience in Microsoft applications : Excel, Word, Office, Outlook
- Comfortable communicating by phone, in person, or via email
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
