We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape maintenance Crew Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating a maintenance route, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. You will lead a team of 2 in various duties including landscape maintenance, lawn care, and minor irrigation repairs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a crew of landscapers in daily operations and project execution.
- Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and planting.
- Ensure proper irrigation practices are followed to maintain healthy landscapes.
- Perform tree care activities such as pruning and removal as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met.
- Train new crew members on landscaping techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide updates on project progress.
