Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to lead our team in executing renovation projects with precision and excellence. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of renovation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage a team of skilled workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Utilize heavy equipment operation, power tools, hand tools, and welding techniques to complete tasks efficiently.
- Perform installations, caulking, hardscape work, and stucco applications as required by project specifications.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of work completed to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
- Train new employees on proper equipment use, safety practices, and project procedures.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and schedules.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or renovation industry.
- Strong knowledge of renovation processes including installation techniques, caulking, hardscape applications, and stucco work.
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment and using various power tools and hand tools safely.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
