All Seasons Pools and Spas, Inc. is seeking a personable, motivated, and result-driven individual to join our award winning swimming pool service office team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling services and taking payments
- Communicate with service technicians
- Handle client correspondence via phone and email
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Provide product, service, and scheduling knowledge with customers
- Help resolve technical issues with customers
- Develop and grow a knowledge base of evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Ability to build rapport with clients as well with coworkers
- Ability to exceed customer service expectations
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English in written/ oral forms
- Ability to work independently
- Exceptional time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi task
- Positive and professional demeanor

Every other Saturday 7-2
