All Sport Health and Fitness Club, a premier provider of fitness services, is seeking a Human Resource & Accounting Specialist to join our administrative team. This highly visible role supports all departments within our organization and ensures the timely and accurate processing of financial and HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple time-sensitive responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Accounting & Payroll
Process and maintain accurate billing of all membership dues.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections.
Enter, review, and submit payroll data, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Assist in reconciling financial statements and accounts.
Prepare financial reports and maintain accounting records as needed.
Human Resources
Oversee employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees, including benefits enrollment and paperwork processing.
Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and company policies.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and financial information.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Education & Experience :
Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, payroll, and / or human resources.
Experience in the health club, hospitality, or service industry is a plus.
Technical Skills :
UKG Payroll experience is plus, but not required.
Experience with accounting and payroll software is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to generate and analyze financial reports.
