All Sport Health and Fitness Club, a premier provider of fitness services, is seeking a Human Resource & Accounting Specialist to join our administrative team. This highly visible role supports all departments within our organization and ensures the timely and accurate processing of financial and HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple time-sensitive responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Accounting & Payroll

• Process and maintain accurate billing of all membership dues.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections.
• Enter, review, and submit payroll data, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist in reconciling financial statements and accounts.
• Prepare financial reports and maintain accounting records as needed.

Human Resources

• Oversee employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees, including benefits enrollment and paperwork processing.
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and financial information.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Education & Experience :

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, payroll, and / or human resources.
• Experience in the health club, hospitality, or service industry is a plus.

Technical Skills :

• UKG Payroll experience is plus, but not required.
• Experience with accounting and payroll software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to generate and analyze financial reports.

Compensation : $28.00 per hour
