Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to fulfill resident orders at their apartment community located in the Coastal Bend area.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple properties
- Perform repairs, installations of fixtures and appliances, and replacement of damaged systems
- Diagnose and repair problems with building heat, electricity, and water systems
- Locate competitive subcontractors for major projects
- Be on-call to respond to emergency issues
- Changing batteries in firealarms
- Fixing garbage disposal issues
Qualifications
- Must have pool experience
- Must have HVAC experience
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be willing to be on call 24/7
