Job Description:
La Joya by Azali is looking for a reliable and hardworking Make Ready Technician to join our team. As a Make Ready Technician, your primary responsibility will be preparing apartments for new residents by performing essential tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and ensuring the apartment is clean and ready to lease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including painting and drywall repair.
- Ensure apartments are clean, functional, and aesthetically ready for new residents.
- Make minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, and other apartment fixtures as needed.
- Assist with any other tasks to ensure the apartment is ready for leasing.
Requirements:
- Basic skills and experience in painting, drywall repair, and general maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Must have basic tools necessary for maintenance tasks.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
