MAKE READY TECHNICIAN JOB SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking an apartment Make Ready Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing the make ready process of vacant apartments and other required tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Associates who are regularly scheduled for and work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for company-sponsored benefits the 1st day of the month, following completion of 30 continuous days of employment. Benefits offered include medical, dental and vision coverage, as well as 401K and life insurance. Regular, full-time associates are eligible to accrue paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay.

MAKE READY TECHNICIAN JOB SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking an apartment Make Ready Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing the make ready process of vacant apartments and other required tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete make ready tasks in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Grounds maintenance
- Previous experience in maintenance/make ready or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
