Duties
- Oversee and coordinate the make-ready process for residential properties, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct community maintenance, including repairs, inspections, and preventive measures to uphold property standards.
- Utilize Entrata to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
- Fabricate components as needed to support maintenance tasks or improve facility operations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members during make-ready projects, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain effective communication with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
Experience
- Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems and equipment.
- Familiarity with managing projects effectively.
- Proficiency in English for clear communication with team members and clients.
- Previous experience using Entrata is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A background in customer service will enhance interactions with clients and stakeholders.
