Key Responsibilities

Project Management and Oversight :

Plan and coordinate all phases of metal roofing installations, from material requisitions to final inspections.
Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress, ensure accuracy, and address potential challenges.
Manage project schedules and timelines to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Oversee material procurement, ensuring the right supplies are on-site when needed.

Technical Expertise :

Read and interpret construction blueprints to ensure precise installations.

Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues related to metal roofing systems.

Prepare detailed documentation, including photos and site reports, using BuilderTrend software.

Team Collaboration and Communication :

Serve as the primary point of contact between builders, clients, and on-site teams.

Maintain clear, professional communication to address concerns and keep stakeholders informed.

Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Proven ability to read and interpret construction blueprints.

Experience in project management, particularly in the construction or roofing industry.

Familiarity with project management software (BuilderTrend experience preferred).

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to job sites daily.

Preferred Skills :

Knowledge of metal roofing systems and construction workflows.

Spanish language proficiency (a plus but not required).

Hands-on experience with minor repairs or on-site troubleshooting.
