Allcon Roofing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager - Steep Slope to oversee our residential and commercial steep slope roofing projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee steep slope roofing projects from start to finish.
- Supervise roofing crews and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare accurate invoices.
- Coordinate procurement, delivery, and allocation of materials.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Create and manage project schedules, resolve delays, and maintain progress tracking.
- Conduct site inspections for quality assurance and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage change orders, including cost and schedule adjustments.
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
