We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to become our first dedicated ServiceNow hire and play a pivotal role in shaping our platform’s future.
The Role :
As our ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and driving the ServiceNow roadmap across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale the platform from the ground up. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and Operations, to design solutions that align with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
- Define and drive the ServiceNow platform roadmap, ensuring it supports business growth and transformation.
- Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration.
