What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Integrity position at Allegan Tubular Products, Inc.?
Summary: Responsible for general office duties together with other office personnel to perform the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Answers phones.
Work with Business System Software. Specifically, ERP System Software.
Reviews and maintains data as it exists in our operating system such as bill of materials, routings, machine rates, and materials costing.
Maintains production material inventories.
Review and enter daily labor, (Production), Scrap Tickets (entry and disposition) and inventory Move Tickets in Business System, routings. Ability to correlate to the financial impact to the organization.
Physically count quantities in stock, ie: finished goods, raw materials and components. To verify accuracy with the operating system.
Verify accuracy of job order information/costing before closing jobs in Business System
Create Sub-contract POs for Plating.
Provides, when possible, reports and information to company personnel as requested.
Cross trains other office positions to such a degree as to be able to fill in when the need arises. *
Assures that work practices are in the guidelines of OSHA standards.
Performs other similar or related duties as requested or assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in data management and integrity tools
- Experience with data validation and cleansing techniques
- Familiarity with database management systems
- Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 32 per week
