What is Required:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Health and Human Services or similar field required; master level preferred; equivalent work experience applies

· At least 5 years professional experience with residential or ODP programs with at least 4 years in a supervisory role

· Experience working with adults with Intellectual Disabilities

They will understand how to nurture and leverage relationships in support of the organization. You will possess an authentic and genuine ability to convene and inspire individuals, communities, and partner organizations. Experienced in leading transformative change within a program or organization and will bring a creative, solutions-oriented approach to challenges regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Demonstrated and measurable experience in improving processes and systems, the candidate will embody a service-oriented approach to partnerships within and beyond the organization. A judicious leader with a strong sense of personal and organizational accountability, the candidate will draw upon judgment and conviction to successfully execute objectives and goals.
