Job Duties
- Research aging invoices and disputes and bring to a successful resolution
- Follow-up on matching exceptions, missing receipts, and price variances
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
- Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
- Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment
- Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling vendor statements
- Perform additional account payable functions as requested/directed by management
- Coordinate vendor payments on a weekly or monthly basis or as needed
- 2 years of account payable experience preferred
- Experience with e-Emphasys and Microsoft Dynamics SL preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphases on Excel
