As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HVAC installations for public projects.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Oversee the project budget, timelines, and quality control to ensure efficient and on-time project delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations.
- Prepare detailed project reports and communicate with stakeholders on progress, issues, and solutions.
- Handle procurement of materials and equipment in alignment with project requirements.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience managing HVAC projects in a public or commercial setting.
- Proven track record of completing large-scale HVAC installations within budget and on time.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction processes, and relevant building codes and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
