Position Overview : The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring the timely and accurate shipping of all outgoing orders. You will work closely with a team of warehouse professionals to prioritize tasks, review and organize orders, and maintain smooth and efficient warehouse processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and assist with warehouse operations to ensure efficient processes.
- Review, prioritize, and organize all outgoing orders for shipment.
- Accurately document all product moves using WMS / ERP systems.
- Utilize third-party portals to manage daily shipping activities.
- Communicate freight schedules and pickups with carriers.
- Ensure the timely completion of all outbound shipments.
- Perform quality checks to ensure the accuracy of all outbound orders.
- Handle clerical tasks such as Bill of Lading (BOL) completion and filing.
- Maintain knowledge of all warehouse operations to support the team and ensure smooth workflow.
