Director, Digital Marketing – Carmel, IN
The Director, Digital Marketing will lead our digital marketing strategy and initiatives for the Commercial business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing, with a strong understanding of the manufacturing sector. This role will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our business growth objectives.
What You Will Do :
- Digital Marketing Strategy :
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and PPC.
Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company websites to ensure a seamless user experience.
Develop and execute a robust social media strategy to enhance brand presence and engagement across multiple platforms.
Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand digital reach and influence.
