As the Director of Digital Marketing & Promotions, you will lead the development and execution of the Digital Marketing Brief and ideation process for all digital campaigns. Utilizing your extensive experience, you will infuse a social-first approach into all initiatives, extending to all digital channels aimed at driving online and physical traffic. You will develop and/or refine an efficient and streamlined process to ensure that all digital integrations of omnichannel initiatives are carefully considered, from concepting to deployment and execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of innovative digital marketing campaigns.
- Drive a social-first strategy within marketing campaigns development and execution
- Ideate and implement effective email and mobile acquisition strategies to grow and engage the audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts, produce cohesive storytelling across owned and paid digital channels, and achieve business objectives.
- Liase with external agency partners, serving as Digital POC on integrated campaigns, to ensure efficient planning and flawless execution
- Project manage all digital-campaign timelines and deliverables across cross-functional stakeholders. Optimize promotional activities to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on digital promotions and campaigns for online and physical locations.
- Proven track record in end-to-end digital campaign management with measurable results.
- Background in retailer marketing, bricks & mortar or ecommerce.
- Expertise with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Social media insights).
- Demonstrated success using digital channels for promotional campaigns, engagement, and sales growth.
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, creative and analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
