Commercial Laundry Installation Technician Job Description
We are looking for a Commercial Laundry Installation Technician to facilitate installation of Laundry jobs. To be successful as our installation technician, you should have a passion in your work, have real interest in ongoing development of your skills and capabilities and possess a strong growth-minded attitude.
Installation Technician Responsibilities:
Taking accountability for your work and the efficiency of any job you are on.
Coming up with new initiatives to improve the operations of the department.
Operating as part of the installation/service team of the company driving a one team approach.
Speaking with customers on the phone to understand their needs, diagnose what the problem could potentially be, provide some level of technical assistance and recommend what needs to be done to solve the problem.
Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain amazing customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
Using our E-Ticketing software to it's fullest potential and providing feedback as needed.
Maintaining strong relationships with customers, other employees and your boss.
Ensuring you stay up on ongoing training and development.
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Pay: $20 an Hour with no experience, $22 with some electrical and plumbing experience. DOE for any further experience
Schedule: Generally Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm Travel overnights within Intermountain West

Requirements
Strong Work Ethic
Related construction/HVAC/plumbing knowledge is beneficial
Previous service/repair experience is advantageous.
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
Computer literacy and good organizational skills.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
Be able to travel to job sites within the intermountain west including overnight stays.
Be able to lift 50 pounds and be physically active
